Estimates & quotes

Written estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted. Final project pricing may adjust based on conditions discovered during demolition or excavation that could not be observed during the initial site visit. Any change will be discussed and approved before additional work is performed.

Workmanship & warranty

Bazan Concrete LLC stands behind the workmanship of every concrete project we pour. Hairline cracks are inherent to concrete and not considered a defect. Structural defects in workmanship are addressed at no charge for a period agreed to in writing on each project.

Permits & inspections

We pull required permits in the property owner\'s name and coordinate inspections. Permit fees, where applicable, are typically included in the estimate unless otherwise noted.

License & insurance

Bazan Concrete LLC is licensed, bonded, and insured in Washington State. WA L&I License: BAZANCL806DD. USDOT: 3155540.
